This project was so much fun. Nothing structural needed to be done, simply gut everything on this stunning main floor and give it some new lipstick. Gone with all the clutter of 90’s decor and colors.

The 12’ - 14’ ceilings and approximately 3000 square feet that stretched the whole main floor called for everything to be extra large. Painting the ceilings, window trim, baseboard and walls all the same color Vanilla Milkshake OC-59 (my go to white) make the eye focus on the stunning view though all the windows.
